Workshops and Trainings

Active Listening: Bring Jamie and her husband Jeremy to your setting to teach and model the invaluable skill of active listening.

Why Active Listening?

Three years into our marriage, Jeremy and I had the good fortune of attending a training to learn the skill of active listening. LIFE CHANGER. When one realizes active listening is a skill that can be honed, amazing freedom follows. We are passionate about sharing this practice with others, in order to free and empower them to communicate more clearly, listen more deeply, and ultimately connect with people more powerfully.

The training was very organized and had a good flow. We were engaged the whole time. Jamie and Jeremy are so personable and relatable, they teach through honest and heartfelt stories. It was so helpful for my wife and me, and we are ready for round two!

Jeremy and Jamie did a great job presenting to our teachers. Their training gave us a foundation for more clear, intentional communication among staff.

The training was fantastic! Jeremy and Jamie are great teachers. They are transparent and real and inspire you to follow their example. If we hadn’t attended their active listening training, we never would have had the conversations we had afterward. It (the training) created awareness in our relationship and was such a gift!

“Our camp staff experienced a workshop with Jamie and Jeremy, and it was a major highlight of our staff training. They each draw you in with an authentic, centering presence, and our staff was left with a deeper understanding of listening as an act of love.” — Taylor Wiese, Lutheran Outdoors in South Dakota
