Mental "Toughness" (Make That "Resiliency")

It has been a very up and down week. Some weeks are like that.

It was helpful to explore mental “toughness” and consider the many factors that play into how we process information. My spouse Jeremy and I discussed being emotionally hijacked, how our fragility affects how we receive—or reject—feedback, and we can intentionally work to grow more mental resilience.
