Today on my podcast “The Second Half” my new friend Rozella Haydée White (https://www.rozellahwhite.com/) and I explored the word “Power.” We touched on ideas from Rozella’s book Love BIG: The Power of Revolutionary Relationships to Heal the World.

In our exploration we found power to be inextricably linked to love (spoiler alert). We quoted Uncle Ben from Spider-Man, (note: after a little more digging the quote’s origin seems to be a bit complicated, but the message just as powerful and fabulous), looked at Huey Lewis lyrics, and agreed that love is so powerful it can liberate, sustain, and bring us to the other side of grief.
